What to do with it?

  • place it in a folder on your harddrive where you plan to store samples
  • add it in ableton under Places
  • just use the 01-warped folder for now
  • prelisten with by going up and down
  • drag onto an existing track or a new one
  • find combination you like with existing clips
  • build different scenes with Capture and insert scene

What if the sample is not in time?

To playback audio material at the right time is one of the main features of Ableton Live. It does this often automatically and very good. But sometimes it does not get it right. Try to import drumloop.aif from the 02-to-be-warped folder. Does this sound right?
